Thank you for choosing my makeup artistry services. To ensure a smooth experience for both of us, please read the following policies carefully. These help us stay organised and keep everything transparent.
1. Booking & Deposit
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on the total cost of your booking and must be paid when booking. The rest of the payment can be settled on the day of your appointment or within 24 hours after the service.
2. Payment Details

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer and PayPal.

When to Pay: Deposit at booking; remaining balance on the day or within 24 hours after.

Late Payment: Full payment should be made on the day of your appointment unless we agree otherwise.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
4. Rescheduling
Need to change your date? Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 48 hours) will mean your deposit is lost, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
5. Services Offered
I specialise in bridal, occasion, creative prom, editorial, and graduation makeup. Please note I do not provide face painting or prosthetics. If you have special requests, please reach out beforehand, as additional charges may apply.
6. Health & Safety
Your safety is my priority, I always:

Wash and sanitise brushes and tools between clients.

Use sanitised makeup and avoid double-dipping brushes into products.

Sanitise my hands before starting.
Please inform me in advance about any allergies or skin sensitivities so I can use suitable products and prevent reactions.
7. Photography & Social Media
I may take photos of your makeup for promotional purposes. If you're happy for me to do so, I will seek your permission beforehand. You’re welcome to share or post your photos, but I would appreciate being tagged or credited as the artist.
8. Travel Charges
All appointments include a travel fee, which depends on the distance to your location. I will inform you of the exact charge when booking.
9. Late Arrivals
If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may have to cancel the appointment to keep to my schedule. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.
